Simplify to liquidate five ETFs, including its Tesla and private credit strategy funds

The Board of Trustees of Simplify Exchange Traded Funds has decided to liquidate five funds, according to supplements dated 8 October 2026 and filed with the SEC the next day. Each followed a recommendation from the adviser, Simplify Asset Management.

The funds

• Simplify NEXT Intangible Core Index ETF (NXTI), Cboe BZX
• Simplify Tax Aware Alternatives ETF (LQ), Nasdaq
• Simplify Tax Aware Diversified Income Strategy ETF (DINE), Nasdaq
• Simplify Volt TSLA Revolution ETF (TESL), NYSE Arca
• Simplify VettaFi Private Credit Strategy ETF (PCR), NYSE Arca

Timetable

Each supplement gives the same timetable. A fund stops accepting creation orders after the close of business on 30 October 2026, which is also its last day of trading on its listing exchange: Cboe BZX for NXTI, Nasdaq for LQ and DINE, and NYSE Arca for TESL and PCR. The liquidation payment is expected on or about 6 November 2026.

Shareholders still holding shares after the close on 30 October will receive cash equal to the net asset value of their shares. While it winds down, each fund stops pursuing its stated investment objective.

Why it matters

The closures remove a private credit strategy fund and a Tesla-focused fund from Simplify’s range. The supplements do not give the funds’ assets.
