Vanguard launches a USD High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF in Europe
The index fund has accumulating and distributing share classes with a 0.15% ongoing charge. It was launched on 6 October and appeared in Deutsche Börse's new Xetra listings on 13 October.
Vanguard has added a USD High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF to its European range. Vanguard’s product pages give the fund an inception date of 6 October 2026. Deutsche Börse included both share classes in a release on new Xetra listings dated 13 October.
The fund
Vanguard says the fund uses a passive, physical approach and seeks to track the Bloomberg US High Yield 250MM 2% Issuer Capped Index. It invests in USD-denominated, fixed-rate, high-yield corporate bonds. Deutsche Börse describes the exposure as US-dollar high-yield corporate bonds with sub-investment-grade ratings, with a weighting limit of 2% per issuer.
The fund is a sub-fund of Vanguard Funds plc, which is domiciled in Ireland, and its investment manager is Vanguard Global Advisers.
