WisdomTree lists two active long/short equity ETFs on the Texas Stock Exchange

WisdomTree Trust has published summary prospectuses dated 6 October for two new actively managed funds. Both list on the Texas Stock Exchange LLC. The trust registered the shares in two Form 8-A filings on 5 October.

WisdomTree Efficient Long/Short U.S. SmallCap Equity Fund (WSLS)

The fund seeks total return. It invests in line with both a long/short US small-cap equity strategy and a long-only US small-cap equity strategy, with approximately equal exposure to each. Total annual fund operating expenses are 0.88%.

WisdomTree Global Alpha Fund (WTAL)

The fund also seeks total return and follows a long/short global equity strategy. It selects investments using machine-learning models developed by a third-party model provider and trained on historical data. Its expenses are also 0.88%.

Management

Both funds are run by the Multi-Asset Solutions team of Newton Investment Management North America (NIMNA), with James Stavena and Torrey Zaches among the portfolio managers.

The two funds bring WisdomTree’s long/short active strategies to the Texas Stock Exchange.
