CFTC to host industry roundtable on 24/7 derivatives trading on 15 December
The CFTC says the roundtable will cover overnight trading, tokenisation, infrastructure and staffing needs, and operational readiness. It builds on the CFTC's June request for comment on 24/7 trading, to which a 23 July extension notice added questions on a NYMEX 24/7 crude oil futures contract whose listing the CFTC stayed on 9 July.
