SEC approves TXSE generic listing standards for commodity trusts, allowing active management and a 15% buffer
The accelerated approval of 29 October, published in the Federal Register on 3 November, means the Texas Stock Exchange no longer needs a separate rule filing for each qualifying commodity trust. Up to 15% of a trust's NAV can be digital commodities or securities that miss the eligibility criteria. The rules are substantially similar to those of Nasdaq, NYSE Arca, Cboe BZX and Nasdaq Texas.
