TXSE rule changes allow opening and closing auctions in securities listed on other exchanges, with a flat $0.0012 auction fee
Rule filings from 31 August to 24 September let the Texas Stock Exchange add its own 9:30 and 16:00 ET auctions in UTP securities it designates, on the NYSE Arca model, and charge $0.0012 a share on each side of every auction execution. The filings name no securities.
