ICE agrees deal to bring Trade[XYZ]'s Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures onshore, with separate retail clearing
ICE says it will be the exclusive operator of Trade[XYZ]'s regulated markets and is taking an undisclosed minority stake. The two plan a dedicated US retail perpetuals market and clearing structure, kept apart from ICE's institutional futures business. Access would be through FCMs and, subject to its own pending approvals, ICE's joint venture with OKX. The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals, and the release names no regulator and no launch date.
