Virtu files material amendments for POSIT and MatchIt covering real-time top-of-book data sent to its VET algorithms
Virtu Americas has filed Form ATS-N material amendments for its POSIT and MatchIt dark pools. The amendments add disclosures about anonymised, aggregated top-of-book data from each ATS that is made available in real time to algorithms run by Virtu's own VET business.
