Victory Capital dual-lists 25 VictoryShares ETFs on Nasdaq Texas, as the SEC approves NYSE Texas's $50,000 package for large dual-listers
From 27 October, 25 VictoryShares ETFs are dual-listed on Nasdaq Texas while keeping their Nasdaq primary listings and tickers. Separately, the SEC has approved NYSE Texas Rule 24, which offers a one-time package valued at about $50,000 to dual-listed companies with 160 million or more shares outstanding.
