Texas Stock Exchange takes its first primary ETF listings, with three fee tiers and paid quoting standards for lead market makers
Texas Capital's TXS and OILT moved their primary listings from NYSE Arca on 16 September. TXSE's fee filings charge issuers up to $100,000 a year and pay lead market makers up to $278 a day, but only for the spread, depth and auction standards they meet.
