OKXICE: 38 issuers object to tokenised trading
OKXICE's notices list 38 issuers objecting to trading of their stock on its tokenised securities venue, across eight notices from 4 to 28 October. The 28 October notice added five: Eli Lilly, Carnival, Arcos Dorados, Walmart and The Cigna Group. Under the SEC's Innovation Exemption, issuers have 30 days to object to trading of their stock tokenised by an unaffiliated third party. The SEC lists three venues: TSV LLC, OKXICE TSV and Perpetuals.com. No start date has been announced; by our count of the 30-day window, trading could start as early as 3 November.
